Subrogation
Subrogation means assuming the legal rights of a person for whom expenses or a debt has been paid. Usually this occurs when an insurance company pays its insured client for injuries and losses, and following that sues the party the injured person contends caused the damages to begin with. This can arise in most types of personal injury claims. At Garner and Conner, we have fought for our clients in sizable subrogation matters including, but not limited to, auto accidents, damages to real and personal property, and products liability claims. Our firm represents a variety of insurance companies and prides itself on fast and efficient recoveries from opposing carriers and at-fault individuals and entities.
